Refund policy

We want you to love your kit. Here's how we handle it if something's off.

Unopened kits

Return any unopened, unused kit within 30 days for a full refund. Just email us at hello@sparklystudios.com and we'll send return instructions. Customer covers return shipping.

Opened kits

Once a kit is opened, we can't accept it back. The stones and findings can't be resold once they've been mixed and handled. (We hope you understand. It's a small-batch thing.)

Something wrong with your kit?

That's on us. If your kit arrived damaged, missing pieces, or with a defect, send a photo to hello@sparklystudios.com within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. No need to send anything back.

Wrong item or our mistake

If we sent the wrong thing, we'll fix it on our dime. Full refund or replacement, return shipping covered.

Gifts

Gift recipients can return unopened kits within 30 days for store credit. Just include the order number or the giver's email so we can find it.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and show up on your card within 5–10 days after that, depending on your bank.
